With offices in London, Paris, New York and Los Angeles, the Caroline Baker group is one of the world’s most respected and exclusive providers of supporting personal, financial and real estate services to high-net worth individuals and their families.
We have recently developed a name and brand for a new international residential real estate sales consultancy, specialising in introducing the very best homes in London to global audiences. Branded L2, the brief included guidelines, stationery, proposal presentations and designing and developing a website on which to evangelise the products and collect enquiries from around the world.
Socrates were commissioned to name, brand and develop a full suite of printed collateral for Lendlease’s new residential tower at their transformational project at Elephant Park, Elephant & Castle in Central London. Named Park & Sayer with an origami butterfly logo inspired by the existing neighbourhood brand, the brief included a dedicated day-in-the-life photographic shoot and visual language illustrations to support the parkside positioning.
Socrates found a new space in their offices in Stephendale Yard to create a new dedicated and purpose designed studio for the creative team. This allowed for a safer, plant filled environment for all during the pandemic and delivers a vastly improved facility for the engine room of the company.
Socrates were appointed by Rockwell Property to name, brand and develop all the marketing collateral for their new residential tower beside Canary Wharf in London, Vetro. The work included a full suite of literature, CGIs, film and exhibition design and delivery for sales shows Asia and the UK.
Socrates are thrilled to have been appointed by Aviva Investors on 1 Liverpool Street and 101 Moorgate. Located in the vibrant heart of the City, these landmark, commercial developments require bold and aspirational identities. We worked on branding, visual language and a comprehensive suite of marketing material for both.
Socrates are delighted to announce the launch of the Harbour Exchange website as well as the leasing microsites for buildings HX1 + 2, H4 + HX5. Located minutes away from Canary Wharf, the drone footage showcases the impressive 9 acre office campus. The bold use of colour and font have been used to create an approachable yet playful commercial brand.
Beltane and Angelo Gordon appointed Socrates to deliver the branding, visual language and a full suite of marketing collateral for 129 Marylebone Road. An impressive office development, it compromises 75,000 sq ft with a particular focus on contemporary, wellness-led design.
Socrates are delighted to have been appointed by Legal & General on their major new mixed-use residential project in Sussex. A new village, the brief includes developing and detailing a name, brand and visual language, alongside associated collateral and communication guidelines.
Socrates completed the new Sales Gallery at Frasers Property’s central London redevelopment at Riverside Quarter. The most exciting element is the arrival of the branded tuk-tuk from which coffee can be dispensed within the space! The Sales Gallery’s completion coincided with the launch of the final building, Nine Eastfields.
Socrates were appointed to develop a new brand for the substantial new mixed use district, Orange Island, in central Lagos, Nigeria. This new quarter includes a stunning lake, alongside a marina, restaurant, shopping and leisure club. The new brand will be applied as part of the placemaking and wayfinding process currently being undertaken.
Following the UK launch, Socrates supported Far East Consortium with their Hong Kong launch of their latest apartments, Aspen at Consort Place at Canary Wharf. Socrates managed all the logistics, displays and supporting print material. The digital team led the design and strategy for the interactive and delivered a bespoke email and social media campaign.
