We are delighted and excited by the hugely successful launch of LCH Developments’ latest project, The Pinnacle in Montego Bay, Jamaica. To include four apartment towers, the tallest in the country, the ground-breaking was accompanied by speeches from The Most Honourable Andrew Holness, Prime Minister and other significant guests. Socrates developed a film and the website went live simultaneously.
We are delighted to announce that we have created a brand and visual language for a new and innovative investment manager, Rotation Real Estate. This has subsequently been used to inform their new website, featuring a dedicated animated film that articulates their approach and understanding of the market.
With the continued and rapid development of the digital world, our first Field Guide of the year seeks to demystify some of the most common terminology related to websites, online advertising and email marketing. While we certainly cannot answer everything, we hope it proves useful at addressing some of the rather confusing language associated with the digital age. Please do get in touch should you have any further questions.
With New Year’s resolutions in full swing, we spent January’s Dialogue learning about all things breathwork. Joined by expert, March Russell, we spent the evening learning about the science, understanding how the practice is being used within the working environment and the tips and techniques that we can all use to reduce the stress and anxieties of daily life.
Socrates are beginning the year with positive news as we have been appointed on a new commercial office development at 6 More London. Situated next to Tower Bridge and collaborating once again with St Martins Property Group, we are currently developing a new brand and positioning to inform the full campaign over the coming months.
As we hurtle towards the end of the 2023, we are celebrating the opening of a brand-new workspace. Lovingly known as ‘The Underworld’ and situated next to our current studio, the new area provides additional collaborative working space, a purpose-built boardroom and quiet working zones. It is already proving popular.

Part of our wider knowledge-transfer programme, this month’s Lexicon was delivered by Paul Winter from Identity Print. Bringing all manner of printed items, it was a refreshingly analogue way of presenting as Paul talked through his understanding of the industry, how it has evolved and where it’s headed. A designer’s dream.
We were delighted to be joined by Lucia Kopacikova for this month’s Dialogue. It’s all too easy to judge a book by its cover, but Lucia’s journey from rural Slovakia to global modelling success was both captivating to listen and truly impressive. A huge thank you to Lucia for taking us through her story – and all accompanied by her delicious homemade biscuits too.
