Socrates were commissioned by Blackstone, Savills, CBRE and DTRE to create a dedicated website to profile the unique working environment at Chiswick Park.Designed to promote availability, the website is fully responsive and designed to maximise the display of imagery and film.

Neon Windows

Socrates was asked to create a series of window displays for a number of retail units available on King’s Boulevard at King’s Cross. Installations were developed using LED stick lights and neon painted mannequins that engaged visually at all times of day and night and that caught the imagination of social media.

Gasholders Brand

Socrates was asked by the development group responsible for the substantial King’s Cross regeneration to create a brand and visual language for their extraordinary new residential project within the three gasholder frames beside the Regent’s Canal. This followed Socrates’ work on the neighbouring Plimsoll Building, Tapestry and ArtHouse commissions at King’s Cross.

A client based in St Petersburg in Russia commissioned Socrates to create an international real estate brand for a new mixed use development group. With a development portfolio predominantly in Russia, the brand had to allow for the company to expand overseas should the opportunities allow in the future.

Discreetly Say

Specialist residential real estate consultants Say Property, commissioned Socrates to develop a new brand for the company and corresponding literature and online collateral. A strong and articulate typographic solution was conceived with a strong colour statement capable of easy translation internally.

Retail Brochure

Socrates was commissioned to design a brochure articulating the retail opportunity within the new King’s Cross district. It adopted a large format, loose-leaf approach combining bespoke typefaces, bright colours and highly stylised black and white photography. The brochure was released at the international property retail expo MAPIC in Cannes.

Socrates was asked to create a bespoke building wrap to cover the German Gymnasium during its restoration and refurbishment phase before opening as a new restaurant venue for D&D London. Illustrator Gregori Saavedra was subsequently commissioned to create a single huge mixed media B&W illustration that caught the spirit of the area and as the entrance to the district

Socrates has developed and launched a new name and brand for London Executive Offices, LEO. The client has a large portfolio of exceptional serviced offices in many of the finest locations in the capital. The new brand, visual language and photography positions the group in the premier quartile of this market and the launch included a new website alongside a full suite of literature and merchandising.

De Vere Residential

Socrates were appointed to develop the marketing for the major new luxury residential complex on De Vere Gardens in London’s Kensington, opposite the Palace by international clients. The brief included literature, CGIs, extensive photography, signage, model, interactive presentations and individual floorplans and packaging.
