A New Motion

Socrates were commissioned to develop the brand, website, video and related collateral for new fashion brand, System of Motion. Creating classic essentials for the independent women, System of Motion combines intelligent fabric with exquisitely tailored design. Apartments for Bishops

Socrates have been appointed by renowned real estate group Firoka to develop the literature for their luxury residential development on The Bishops Avenue. The first phase’s case-bound book focuses on The Eliot, named after poet laureate T.S Eliot, and taking its visual language from his writings.

Socrates have completed the rebranding of significant portfolio of student accommodation in 11 key cities across England and Scotland. Creating a dynamic and flexible brand, the marketing programme particularly targets the UK and Chinese markets.

The 2016 Monaco Yacht Show saw the launch of the ACREW rebrand by Socrates, unveiled at a busy Friday launch at the famous La Rascasse. The new brand represents a company that has provided international events and targeted learning to nearly 10,000 active members of the super yacht industry from Antibes and Monaco to St Kitts and Barcelona.

Entertaining the Fast

As part of the ongoing destination development of the celebrated Sotogrande in Andalucía, the exciting and insanely fast GC32 Tour yachts are racing there in September for the first time. A rooftop reception was held for all the teams in Palma, Mallorca during the annual Copa del Rey to introduce them to Sotogrande and all its attractions.

Socrates have been appointed by Blackstone Group to create a visual language and marketing collateral for their office investment on London’s eminently fashionable Jermyn Street. The solution embraces the bespoke and tailored traditions of the area alongside the attractions of Mayfair, St James’s and Piccadilly.

Socrates have been appointed by Blackstone to develop printed collateral for their substantial office building Adelphi, along The Strand, London. The emphasis is the richness and breadth of amenities for staff, with Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square and the South Bank nearby.

Lifestyling for Students

Socrates have been appointed by a major fund management group to rebrand a portfolio of student accommodation in principal university cities throughout the UK. Due to launch in the Autumn, the brief includes the principal online booking hub, as well as the renaming, branding, literature and onsite signage for the business.

Living Camberwell

Socrates have been appointed to develop the literature, promotional material and the onsite marketing facilities for Frasers Property apartments adjacent to the newly renovated and redesigned Camberwell Green. Launching in June the homes are well specified and are a welcome addition to the regeneration of this increasingly popular district.

Sotogrande on Film

Socrates have been appointed to develop two films in relation to new amenities and real estate in one of Europe’s most celebrated destinations. Sotogrande, a community famous for its polo and golf, also delivers numerous other family leisure opportunities from sailing and tennis to horse riding and mountain biking. It will shortly be home to a remarkable country club and some of the rarest and most exclusive real estate in Europe.

Socrates are delighted to be supporting the affordable counselling charity Help, with their brand and collateral development and most specifically with their forthcoming fund-raising art auction. Based in Portobello Road, Notting Hill Gate in London, Help addresses the need for both short and long-term counselling in the local community.

Socrates have been appointed on the branding of a major residential development within arguably the finest location in Ireland’s capital. Working alongside the Dublin agency Design Factory, Socrates will be developing the name, identity and visual language for this significant new address in the City’s very smartest district.
