The Offices of Paris

Following a competitive pitch Socrates is delighted to have been appointed by leading Paris based real estate investor and developer Générale Continentale Investissements on their significant new office redevelopment at the ever evolving La Defense business district. The brief includes naming and branding, alongside on-site activation, on and offline collateral and promotion.

Curiously TCN

Socrates were appointed by creative workspace pioneers, TCN UK, to develop the brand and marketing collateral for both its corporate brand, and individual workspace projects. The brief involved reviewing each project’s brand and visual language with the directive to create one harmonious TCN family. Running concurrently to this is our work on TCN’s corporate marketing collateral, signage works and the installation of art pieces at various workspaces.

Socrates were commissioned by M&G Real Estate to create an aspirational interior fit-out at Alder Castle in the City of London. The purpose was to demonstrate how a floor could be used innovatively, incorporating functional work and inspiring breakout zones.

Distributing JOF

Socrates were appointed to work with JOF Nigeria Limited on designing and developing their new corporate website. This leading multi-disciplined logistics specialists deliver trade, importation and distribution management for multi-national companies in Nigeria that include Nestle, Unilever and Heineken.

More Online Alphabet

Commissioned by Resolution Property, Socrates were appointed to create a new website and social media strategy for the rebrand of the office complex Thomas More Square to Moretown adjacent to the City of London. Bright, vibrant and bold, moretown.co.uk uses the language of the new Utopian alphabet inspired brand.

Prime St Petersburg

Socrates were appointed to develop the brands and language for two new projects in St Petersburg, Russia. Both are in prime locations in the city with one being a substantial new luxury apartment complex and the other sophisticated serviced apartments marrying innovative architecture with superb amenities and services.

Following a competitive pitch, Socrates were appointed on the marketing of Far East Consortium’s substantial Alpha Square mixed-use development on the Isle of Dogs. The brief includes both off and online assets and management of the whole programme.

International real estate development and investment group, Chelsfield, appointed Socrates to brand and market their island site, The Knightsbridge Estate between Harvey Nicholls and Harrods. A major mixed use project, the brief includes the significant new office element.

Adoring Rock Stars

Socrates are delighted to have facilitated the installation of Alistair Morrison’s major photographic legacy work, ‘The Adoration: Searching for Apollo’, on the ground floor at Orion Capital’s Canaletto in City Road, London. Featuring portraits of 75 of the music names of the last 50 years, the piece was initially unveiled at the V&A Museum late last year.

A Premier Place

Socrates were commissioned by estate company Greycoat to develop a brand, identity and comprehensive suite of materials for their impeccably positioned office investment close to Liverpool Street Station. The approach to Premier Place is informed by its location at the border of the City and its ever-compelling neighbour, Shoreditch.

City Company

Socrates were appointed by the Mercer’s Company to develop branding and marketing for two of their workspace properties in The City of London – Frederick’s Place and Becket House. The brief encompasses literature, websites, hoarding and wayfinding for both properties, whilst retaining individual brand distinction.

Socrates were appointed to further develop the brand and visual language for N STUDIO, a leading international architectural and interior design company in association with Northacre PLC. It responds to the significant expansion of the company and its global client base.

Lagos Regenerates

Socrates were appointed on the marketing and branding of a substantial regeneration district in Nigeria’s Lagos. A significant new addition to the urban landscape in Africa’s largest city, this new community will involve residential and commercial, medical and educational areas with associated parks, waterside restaurants, cafes and shopping boulevards.

Colourful Knightsbridge

Socrates were appointed by international real estate group Chelsfield, to create an engaging solution to the public walkway at the base of their mixed use project The Knightsbridge Estate, between Harvey Nicholls and Harrods in Central London. The solution was a multi-coloured lighting installation within the covered walkway that has engaged successfully on social media.
