Colourful Knightsbridge

Socrates were appointed by international real estate group Chelsfield, to create an engaging solution to the public walkway at the base of their mixed use project The Knightsbridge Estate, between Harvey Nicholls and Harrods in Central London. The solution was a multi-coloured lighting installation within the covered walkway that has engaged successfully on social media.

Dominoes and Dogs

Socrates were commissioned by Orion Capital to create a video for the penthouse at Canaletto in City Road, London. Utilising 35,000 dominoes from Germany, six specialists from Austria and the US, along with the delightful Great Dane, Frazer, the completed film as now engaged with over one million people on social media.

Socrates were appointed to develop a crew recruitment website for TWW Yachts, an international luxury superyachts company based in Monaco, France which brokers, manages and builds some of the world’s most prestigious superyachts.

Chiswick Enjoys Work Again

Socrates launched the new public facing website for Chiswick Park, London. Designed to support the development of the Enjoy-Work brand and positioning of the award-winning business park and commissioned by Blackstone and Enjoy-Work, the website is the sixth build for the Park, amalgamating three existing websites.

Designing Interiors

Socrates completed a website with an associated social media strategy for interior specialists K&H Designs. Their collaboration with exceptional craftsman and artisans facilitates highly considered and bespoke solutions, all of which has informed the ongoing online strategy and positioning.

Socrates were commissioned to develop the social media presence for Riverside Quarter in London’s Wandsworth by Frasers Property. Sitting across a number of platforms, it utilises the substantial existing asset library, along with newly developed content.

More Branding

Socrates are delighted to be working alongside Resolution Property on the rebranding and repositioning of their major project at Thomas More Square beside London’s St Katherine Dock. The brief includes the development and application of a new name and brand, alongside both internally and externally facing communications.

The ACREW United website was launched at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show. An online membership platform for superyacht crew allowing members to access partner events, online training, financial planning and superyacht marina/shipyard loyalty programmes.

The new brand for Ports of Monaco’s Cala del Forte marina at Ventimiglia was launched at the Monaco Yacht Show. Further developed and detailed by Socrates, it formed part of a suite of work including the creation of a number of CGIs to illustrate the extent and breadth of facilities.

Design Junction at King’s Cross

The design media had their first glimpse inside Gasholders London during this year’s second Design Junction festival. A selection of key design and property journalists were invited by Symposium for an early viewing of these extraordinary residences before construction finishes in December.

Penrose Unveiled

Socrates has recently completed the marketing materials for The Penrose W4 on behalf of Blackstone Property Management. The visual language throughout the brochure and microsite pays homage to the uniqueness of The Penrose’s triangular space and Gunnersbury Triangle Nature Reserve.

Chelsfield Global

Socrates has been commissioned to develop a range of assets for established and respected real estate group, Chelsfield. Overviewing the company’s significant activity over the past 30 years, their achievements are articulated through the production of multi-language websites, printed literature and digital presentations.

Shopping in Madrid

Socrates has completed the marketing literature, micro website and hoarding designs for Kennedy Wilson’s substantial and significant retail building on Madrid’s famous Puerta del Sol. The case bound book uses a variety of paper stocks and sizes to help articulate the excitement and diversity of the area

Canaletto Completes

With the completion of the award-winning Canaletto tower by UNStudio overlooking the City of London, Socrates were tasked with capturing the building’s unique architectural style and amenities whilst engaging with its creative and contemporary character with a number of shoots.
