Launching in June the homes are well specified and are a welcome addition to the regeneration of this increasingly popular district.
Socrates have been appointed to develop two films in relation to new amenities and real estate in one of Europe’s most celebrated destinations. Sotogrande, a community famous for its polo and golf, also delivers numerous other family leisure opportunities from sailing and tennis to horse riding and mountain biking. It will shortly be home to a remarkable country club and some of the rarest and most exclusive real estate in Europe.
Socrates are delighted to be supporting the affordable counselling charity Help, with their brand and collateral development and most specifically with their forthcoming fund-raising art auction. Based in Portobello Road, Notting Hill Gate in London, Help addresses the need for both short and long-term counselling in the local community.
Socrates have been appointed on the branding of a major residential development within arguably the finest location in Ireland’s capital. Working alongside the Dublin agency Design Factory, Socrates will be developing the name, identity and visual language for this significant new address in the City’s very smartest district.

Following the recent launch its new branding and website, Marstons will be even more visible on our streets and we are delighted to be working with them as the business grows further.
Socrates created a brand, printed literature, advertising and exhibition collateral for the amazing Gasholders residential building at the heart of King’s Cross. With architecture by Wilkinson Eyre and landscape by Dan Pearson Studio, the brand, palette and accompanying visual language has been heavily informed by the 19th century architecture.
London Executive Offices, under the brand LEO, commissioned a new photography shoot for their new serviced offices adjacent to St Paul’s in the City of London. Creating a series of mannered images, the photography underpins the Company’s positioning as superbly positioned, designed and serviced space in the capital.
A new advertising campaign for Frasers Property’s residential community in London’s Wandsworth was photographed by Elizabeth Gibson and styled by Maureen Vivian. The models included Serafima and Claudia Raba and the new campaign will run in national and local press from February 2016.
Socrates have designed and detailed the final edition of a suite of case bound brochures for three exquisite, contemporary apartments at Holland Green adjacent to the new Design Museum in London’s Kensington. The buildings were designed by OMA for Chelsfield and the interiors are by Collett-Zarzyck.

SocratesQ are delighted to be working alongside the superyacht captain and crew professional development and event organisation, ACREW, to review and evolve their brand and communications. Amongst the first elements of the brief is the collateral associated with the first Caribbean Crewfest event at the luxury development of Christophe Harbour in St Kitts.
A new advertising campaign was photographed by Elizabeth Gibson featuring the first finished elements of the UNStudio designed Canaletto residential tower in London. The participants included 58 fantails, model Lucia Kopacikova, a camera, stylist Mo Vivian, a large gantry, 100 balloons, considerate contractors and a fair amount of wind. The campaign will run for the first quarter of 2016.
The multi-asset fund management group, Pacific Investments, appointed Socrates to develop literature focusing on its residential, hotel and leisure portfolio and experience in the global market over the last 30 years. The scope involved commissioning and managing photography of principal projects in a number of countries around the world.
Socrates developed, wrote, invited and orchestrated a substantial industry event at Chiswick Park in London on the theme of A Question of Sport. Hosted by cricketer Phil Tufnell, the lunch for some 175, involved a variety of competitions for tickets to the Rugby World Cup and other relevant branded merchandising.
