Socrates has recently developed a brand and associated collateral for a new wine business and shop, Soil & Vine in London’s Fulham. The philosophy of the brand is to demystify the traditional language of wine and make it more accessible and fun for all.
Socrates is delighted to have received an Honourable Mention at the DNA Paris Design Awards this year with our work for Maroto, a private members club in central London inspired by the culture of Brazil. Featuring a sophisticated colour palette and Brazilian architectural elements, the design underpins the club’s commitment to service and authenticity of experience.
Socrates has recently worked with photographer and filmmaker Andres Reynaga to bring newly completed apartments on the River Thames in central London to life. Sophisticated, with health and wellness amenities and newly landscaped gardens, conjuring the lifestyle was the simple ambition.
We have completed a new brand hierarchy, brand and language for leading luxury pan-Caribbean real estate developer, Escape Group. Fashioning exquisite villas and apartments in the most sought after locations, the brand is designed to underpin their best-in-class positioning.
We have welcomed another new addition this month as Issy Brown joins the digital team as a Project Coordinator. She will work closely with Olivia Sykes, further strengthening the team’s capabilities and assisting with research and studio collaboration.
We have been appointed on a new mixed-use destination in Jamaica’s Kingston. A remarkable collection of houses and apartments are joined by neighbouring offices, shops and restaurants to deliver an exceptional new address for the capital.
Set moments from London Bridge Station, we have recently completed a full run of hoarding for EDGE Technologies’ latest commercial office development. Featuring commissioned linework illustration, the design includes a nod to the building’s exceptional local area amongst Borough Market, Bermondsey and beyond.

We are pleased to announce that Art-Invest Real Estate have appointed Socrates on an exciting new project in London’s Mayfair. Located on the corner of Piccadilly and Sackville Street, the Grade II listed property features Portland stone façades and will be sympathetically restored to provide over 30,000 sq ft of prime office and retail space.
Supporting the wider marketing campaign of One Exchange Square, we have recently completed the on-site marketing suite environment and exterior hoarding. Set just moments from Liverpool Street in London, the hoarding features iridescent panels, whilst the marketing suite features presentation spaces, wall graphics, local amenity ephemera, branded merchandise and bespoke models.
June’s Dialogue saw us joined by Geordie Willis, a friendly face and former employee – now Creative Director at Berry Bros. & Rudd. As Britain’s oldest wine merchants, Geordie took us through the brand’s extraordinary heritage and evolution, touching on just some of the challenges the team have faced in the pursuit of remaining relevant for over 300 years.
May saw the launch of Mode, a 375,000 sq ft post-modernist building in the City of London. Offering both commercial office space and dedicated retail opportunities, the website created by Socrates supports the wider leasing and awareness campaign.
