Initial work included the branding and language alongside the on-site packaging during construction.

An innovative and leading hosting company that manages exceptional short term rental experiences, working alongside AirBnB, appointed Socrates to develop a new name, brand and language for the company in preparation for significant anticipated growth both in the UK and internationally.

Located on the prestigious island of Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands, Nail Bay Sports Club is an exclusive racquet club featuring the poolside Sugarcane Restaurant designed by Prague-based architect Petr Kolar. Socrates have been engaged to do an initial photoshoot and club website with online booking for members to launch in May.
Socrates were appointed by St Martins Property Corporation to undertake the marketing and positioning for the Grade II listed Hay’s Galleria. A substantial riverside office and retail development opposite London Bridge Station, the task includes naming, branding and a full suite of on and offline collateral.
Socrates delivered the website for the Scalpel, a major new City of London office building designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox. We also installed extensive on-floor marketing collateral to coincide with the building’s launch event, focusing on the local amenities, the specification and a variety of spaceplanning options
Socrates completed a film for Greycoat’s Premier Place office development adjacent to Devonshire Square in the City of London. The film utilises a combination of helicopter footage and CGI flythrough and housed on a dedicated web-page and delivered through high-quality video brochures.
Socrates branded and supplied a coffee van on the Croissette at MIPIM in Cannes to develop awareness of Générale Continentale Investissements’ and Benson Elliot’s Latitude office development in Paris. Bright yellow with quotes from the building’s ‘manifesto’, the team served some 1,000 expressos, cappuccinos and related magic to the delegates.
Socrates were appointed on Hutchison Property Group’s major new regeneration and redevelopment project on the Thames at Deptford, Convoy’s Wharf. The initial brief involved the naming and visual language for this substantial new mixed use community.
Socrates completed the design, programming and population for a corporate digital brief in relation to the leading integrated logistics service provider, JOF Nigeria. It included the development of an adjusted online presence.
