We are delighted at Socrates to have been appointed by Pontegadea on their substantial office and retail building, 100 Wood Street at the heart of the City of London. The brief includes the redesign of the brand and visual language, alongside a new website, printed and soft collateral and the on-site signage.
Socrates completed the e-commerce website for specialist and bespoke leather goods retailer, SeeJays. The company provides branded accessories for many of the major golf clubs in the UK and numerous organisations, schools and clubs.
Located on the prestigious island of Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands, Nail Bay Sports Club is an exclusive racquet club featuring the poolside Sugarcane Restaurant designed by Prague-based architect Petr Kolar. Socrates have been engaged to do an initial photoshoot and club website with online booking for members to launch in May.
Socrates were appointed by St Martins Property Corporation to undertake the marketing and positioning for the Grade II listed Hay’s Galleria. A substantial riverside office and retail development opposite London Bridge Station, the task includes naming, branding and a full suite of on and offline collateral.
Socrates delivered the website for the Scalpel, a major new City of London office building designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox. We also installed extensive on-floor marketing collateral to coincide with the building’s launch event, focusing on the local amenities, the specification and a variety of spaceplanning options
Socrates completed a film for Greycoat’s Premier Place office development adjacent to Devonshire Square in the City of London. The film utilises a combination of helicopter footage and CGI flythrough and housed on a dedicated web-page and delivered through high-quality video brochures.
Socrates branded and supplied a coffee van on the Croissette at MIPIM in Cannes to develop awareness of Générale Continentale Investissements’ and Benson Elliot’s Latitude office development in Paris. Bright yellow with quotes from the building’s ‘manifesto’, the team served some 1,000 expressos, cappuccinos and related magic to the delegates.
Socrates were appointed on Hutchison Property Group’s major new regeneration and redevelopment project on the Thames at Deptford, Convoy’s Wharf. The initial brief involved the naming and visual language for this substantial new mixed use community.
Socrates completed the design, programming and population for a corporate digital brief in relation to the leading integrated logistics service provider, JOF Nigeria. It included the development of an adjusted online presence.
Socrates worked on the branding, packaging and visual language for a new and pioneering global medical cannabis company based in Jamaica in the Caribbean. At the heart of the brief is the provenance of the product and the competitive advantage of outdoor cultivation.

Berkley on the substantial Scalpel office building in the City of London and tasked with developing a new brand, alongside a full suite of post-completion marketing materials. These include hard and soft copy presentations, an animated website, launch invitations, and comprehensive on-floor marketing collateral amongst others.
Socrates collaborated on the launch of Générale Continentale Investissements’ and Benson Elliot’s Latitude office development in Paris. The well-respected Le Berkeley restaurant off the Champs Elyssee was rebranded internally and externally, welcoming the city’s property community. The brief included all graphics, merchandising and clothing alongside video and audio effects.
Socrates were appointed by international real estate developer and asset manager Chelsfield, to develop and new brand identity and associated language for their substantial mixed use asset, The Knightsbridge Estate. Bounded by Sloane Street, The Brompton Road and Basil Street, the estate is bookended by Harrods and Harvey Nicholls.
