As Britain’s oldest wine merchants, Geordie took us through the brand’s extraordinary heritage and evolution, touching on just some of the challenges the team have faced in the pursuit of remaining relevant for over 300 years.
May saw the launch of Mode, a 375,000 sq ft post-modernist building in the City of London. Offering both commercial office space and dedicated retail opportunities, the website created by Socrates supports the wider leasing and awareness campaign.

We have recently published the first outward-facing collateral for the former Debenhams building along London’s Oxford Street. Repositioned as ‘The M Building’, due to its juxtaposed position between Mayfair and Marylebone, the development will deliver over 270,000 sq ft of meticulously designed workspace and 40,000 sq ft of landmark retail.
