Socrates has recently developed the first quarterly newsletter for Caroline Baker. Offering prime property management services and private office across the UK, Paris, LA and New York, the illustrated newsletter is specifically UK-centric and explores the best new restaurants, recommended hotels and compelling performances amongst much else.
Following appointment by CapitaLand, we are delighted to have launched a new brand and website for the well-established Arlington Business Park. Situated near Reading in the Thames Valley, the business park’s new identity and adjusted name embraces the lakeside and landscape offer, the sense of community and curated on-site amenities.

We are delighted to have been tasked with creation of a new corporate brand and strategy for a substantial luxury real estate developer in Barbados. Allied to the brief is the brand structure and solutions relating to their subsequent individual pan-Caribbean residential projects.
We are thrilled to have won at this year’s Indigo Design Awards, achieving Gold within the Integrated Graphic Design category for private member’s club, Maroto. Located in London’ West End, the design celebrates the building’s rich Brazilian heritage and compelling experience for its customers.

Committed to showcasing both trusted and highly sort after producers, alongside exclusive, new and organic brands, the company is committed to offering a truly unique, intelligent and accessible wine experience.
We have recently published the first outward-facing collateral for the former Debenhams building along London’s Oxford Street. Repositioned as ‘The M Building’, due to its juxtaposed position between Mayfair and Marylebone, the development will deliver over 270,000 sq ft of meticulously designed workspace and 40,000 sq ft of landmark retail. The holding page complements our wider campaign, all due to evolve over the coming months. Watch this space.
Socrates are delighted to have been appointed to develop new literature for the stunning Porto Montenegro on the Bay of Kotor, Montenegro. Supporting the launch of two new products in 2024, the design and language in informed by the remarkable maritime and naval heritage of the area.
In tandem with the recent launch of The Pinnacle in Montego Bay, Jamaica, Socrates designed and launched a new website and social media campaign. Featuring photography and film from dedicated shoots and bespoke illustrations reflecting the destination’s exceptional marine location – Socrates has also developed a number of advertising installations at the local airport.
February’s Dialogue took us to new heights as we were joined by Zak Walters from Vinca Wine. Co-founder of the organic canned wine brand, Zak shared the trials and tribulations of taking Sicilian vines to festivals, supermarkets and flights across Europe. All washed down with some cans of the good stuff.
