Socrates has completed the marketing literature, micro website and hoarding designs for Kennedy Wilson’s substantial and significant retail building on Madrid’s famous Puerta del Sol. The case bound book uses a variety of paper stocks and sizes to help articulate the excitement and diversity of the area
With the completion of the award-winning Canaletto tower by UNStudio overlooking the City of London, Socrates were tasked with capturing the building’s unique architectural style and amenities whilst engaging with its creative and contemporary character with a number of shoots.
Socrates has developed the brand and language for Northacre’s substantial new mixed-use destination in London’s Victoria, The Broadway. A vibrant and exciting new addition to the capital’s landscape, this predominantly residential community enjoys spectacular views across Parliament Square, Westminster Abbey and the London Eye beyond.
Urbanwise commissioned Socrates to develop both literature and an online presence for its new mixed-use development in West Croydon, Grafton Quarter. The collateral eulogises the area’s local art reflecting the scheme’s inclusion of artist studios which support the area’s ambition to become South London’s new creative hub
On behalf of Blackstone, Socrates recently orchestrated the launch of 130 Jermyn Street, alongside a compendium of marketing materials – producing a website, brochure and launch event that encapsulated the heritage of Jermyn Street whilst showcasing the area’s contemporary evolution as pervaded by nearby Soho.
Socrates was appointed by the developer Urbanwise on the branding and marketing for Callis Yard, a new residential development in Woolwich, Arsenal. With Woolwich evolving into a dynamic cultural district, a brand was required that showed off both the vibrancy of this up and coming area of London and the homes themselves.
Socrates have been appointed on Ports of Monaco’s new marina development in Ventimiglia. Named Cala del Forte, it is set in the northern Italian town close to the French border and in an ideal location to cruise some of the most popular destinations in the Western Mediterranean. Socrates are building the brand and marketing collateral to launch at the Monaco Yacht Show.

With a brief to create a simple and easily updatable introduction to this vibrant area of London for Argent, Socrates created EXPLORE which is now in its 3rd volume release. The pocket sized map profiles the extensive bars, restaurants, cafés, galleries and events that make King’s Cross one of the most engaging places to live in the capital.
Blackstone Property Management appointed Socrates to create a suite of materials for their City Shoreditch offices that neighbour Amazon’s headquarters. With a stunning new reception by internationally acclaimed design house March & White, the building is targeting both TMT and traditional occupiers alike.
