Seriously Savoy

Socrates developed a website for part of The Duchy of Lancaster’s largest estate within its urban portfolio, SavoyStrand, a 35,000 sq ft office complex in central London. The storytelling design promotes the heritage of the area and The Duchy itself with animation discoverable through scroll.

Hay’s Online

Socrates has developed a revised website for the substantial Hay’s Galleria office and shopping estate on the Thames near London Bridge. Its instantaneously recognizable architectural profile heralds an area bursting with amenities and life, all of which inform the design language and complements the new branded print collateral.

Socrates launched the website for Far East Consortium’s significant residential development, Aspen at Consort Place, Canary Wharf. A striking 495-apartment tower, Aspen sits within Consort Place, a destination to include extensive amenities inclusive of healthcare, a hotel and restaurants. The website incorporates, interactive maps, 360 views images and a fully integrated apartment finder.

Socrates evolved a brand and visual language for Builders Union, an independent investment manager in the global consumer sector. As part of this branding exercise, Socrates developed a new website alongside a variety of printed and soft-copy collateral.

Socrates delivered a website for Chelsfield for The Knightsbridge Estate, on behalf of The Olayan Group. This multi-use island site adjacent to Harrods and Harvey Nicholls, includes significant shopping and offices, alongside restaurants, hotel and remodelled underground station.

Socrates has detailed the new brand and merchandising for pioneering global medical cannabis brand, Jacana. Having designed and developed the packaging for a series of distinctive families for a range of curated premium products, the first retail outlet was opened at December 2019 in Kingston, Jamaica.

Aspen Branded

Socrates produced two unique & distinct brands and languages for Far East Consortium’s new mixed-use development Aspen at Consort Place, Canary Wharf. The marketing literature comprises of a set of three vibrant host brochure treatments, floorplate brochure, along with summary multi-lingual fact sheets. Further collateral was prodiced and translated for the various Asian investment markets.

Dogs & Dominoes

A new set of films were commissioned and developed by Socrates for the final apartments at Canaletto on City Road in London. Starring two great Danes and a charming Chihuahua, the films explore the new homes that have been interior designed by Amsterdam, based WOMO architects and Goddard Littlefair.

Devon Goes Digital

Socrates completed the redesign of a website for Blackstone’s Devon House, a 98,000 sq. ft workspace overlooking Tower Bridge in Central London. This was an opportunity to align its design with newly developed branding and visual language, alongside adopting a greater emphasis on storytelling.

Bussed to Paris

Socrates completed and delivered a marketing suite for leading developer, Générale Continentale Investissements, at their major office project at La Défense in Paris, Latitude. A London bus was totally transformed with highly crafted and considered presentation and meeting areas, alongside a three dimensional façade echoing the architecture of the building.

Socrates were appointed by FIDC (First Investment Development Company), a significant and innovative Nigerian real estate development and investment group, to undertake an evolution of the current corporate brand and website, as well as the marketing for one of their latest housing developments in Northern Nigeria.

The design team at Socrates has been further strengthened by the addition of Eliza Lambert who has recently joined the team led by Director Mark Scott and Eduardo Nunes. She studied at Shillington Graphic Design College, before working on a number of social media, branding and literature accounts for her own clients prior to joining Socrates.

Socrates collaborated with TWW Crew to launch a new ‘Looking For Crew’ functionality at the 2019 Monaco Yacht Show allowing the world’s superyachts access to curated shortlists of qualified candidates. The personalised service streamlines the process and provides access to TWW Crew’s full database.
