Socrates collaborated on the launch of Générale Continentale Investissements’ and Benson Elliot’s Latitude office development in Paris. The well-respected Le Berkeley restaurant off the Champs Elyssee was completely rebranded internally and externally for the day in order to welcome the city’s property community. The brief included all the graphics, merchandising and clothing alongside video and audio effects.
Socrates were appointed by international real estate developer and asset manager Chelsfield, to develop and new brand identity and associated language for their substantial mixed use asset, The Knightsbridge Estate. Bounded by Sloane Street, The Brompton Road and Basil Street, the estate is bookended by Harrods and Harvey Nicholls.
Socrates were appointed to review and rationalise the brand of major family hotel, resort and real estate group, Martinhal. Holding company, Elegant Group, has expanded its operations into complementary property development opportunities and the requirement was to update all the associated brands whilst retaining the equity that had been built up over many years.
Socrates were delighted to celebrate their tenth anniversary with two-hundred and fifty clients and friends at the Saatchi Gallery in London’s Chelsea. Guests were confronted with ten busts of the great Greek, posters inspired by photographers with whom we have been lucky enough to work, and music from South America.
Socrates were delighted to develop a new brand and language for a major commercial property project at the heart of La Defense in Paris for Générale Continentale Investissements. The building was named Latitude and is accompanied by two opinionated manifestos representing its ambition to be a workplace for tomorrow, focused on the motivations of staff and not the tick boxes of management.
Socrates is delighted to announce the launch of TWW’s new yacht crew recruitment website. A strategy was developed with the prime consideration being the bespoke database for both administration, client and candidate use. A further stage includes ‘Looking for Crew’ and provides yacht owners and captains the opportunity to advertise key job listings and connect with TWW candidates.
Major Nigerian construction group, Arbico Plc, appointed Socrates to design and produce an anniversary publication to celebrate their first sixty years of delivering projects across every sector throughout the country. New imagery were commissioned, as well as extensive searches through a variety of libraries and archives.
Socrates were commissioned by Blackstone to produce the investment sale collateral for its major central London asset, Adelphi. A film was developed showcasing both the Grade II listed building and its world-class tenants. Accompanying this was a summary brochure packaged with a case bound look-book that utilised three different photographers highlighting different aspects of the landmark
Following a competitive pitch Socrates is delighted to have been appointed by leading Paris based real estate investor and developer Générale Continentale Investissements on their significant new office redevelopment at the ever evolving La Defense business district. The brief includes naming and branding, alongside on-site activation, on and offline collateral and promotion.
Socrates were appointed by creative workspace pioneers, TCN UK, to develop the brand and marketing collateral for both its corporate brand, and individual workspace projects. The brief involved reviewing each project’s brand and visual language with the directive to create one harmonious TCN family. Running concurrently to this is our work on TCN’s corporate marketing collateral, signage works and the installation of art pieces at various workspaces.
Socrates were commissioned by M&G Real Estate to create an aspirational interior fit-out at Alder Castle in the City of London. The purpose was to demonstrate how a floor could be used innovatively, incorporating functional work and inspiring breakout zones.
Socrates were appointed to work with JOF Nigeria Limited on designing and developing their new corporate website. This leading multi-disciplined logistics specialists deliver trade, importation and distribution management for multi-national companies in Nigeria that include Nestle, Unilever and Heineken.
Commissioned by Resolution Property, Socrates were appointed to create a new website and social media strategy for the rebrand of the office complex Thomas More Square to Moretown adjacent to the City of London. Bright, vibrant and bold, moretown.co.uk uses the language of the new Utopian alphabet inspired brand.
Socrates were appointed to develop the brands and language for two new projects in St Petersburg, Russia. Both are in prime locations in the city with one being a substantial new luxury apartment complex and the other sophisticated serviced apartments marrying innovative architecture with superb amenities and services.
