OOne of the tallest residential buildings in London and Canary Wharf, Aspen at Consort Place is a new multi-dimensional destination of some 500 homes. Socrates was tasked with the naming, branding and subsequent application to all literature, website, advertising and related sales initiatives. With arguably the best residential amenities in the area, the brand positioning was always to support a premium offer and the language and imagery was specifically developed to support this ambition. The literature has subsequently won a number of international awards.
