2. THE DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

LAWFUL BASIS
Legitimate interest means (when the interest is ours) the interest of our business in conducting and managing our business to enable us to give you the best service/product and the best and most secure experience. This can also be a lawful basis for processing your personal data. We recognise that poorly managed waste plastics pose a threat to the global marine environment. Therefore, within the context of our Environmental Policy we commit to minimising our use of plastics, to reducing the environmental impact of waste plastics. This is particularly focused on single-use plastics, or disposable plastics. These items include plastic bags, straws, coffee stirrers, soda and water bottles, plastic cups and most food packaging.
